Form submissions are processed per your configured email or form service. Configure your own service before using the form in production. Until then, messages are not transmitted.

Project data

For client engagements, data handling and retention are governed by the Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum. PHI is only processed with appropriate contractual and security controls in place.
